- shortness of breath while chasing fat fish up and/or downstream

    Just caught up on your latest blogs - always interesting! The great outdoors is amazing no matter where you are in the world. Let us know if a Dr Eisman shows up on your guest list. He was my doctor in San Diego and was totally hooked on fly fishing - something I never appreciated until I met you guys.
